About Us The Pasty Shack S.L is a family business run by Celia, Barry and son Kristoff. Between us we have experience of working in various market sectors: Celia in bakery, catering and running a family business. Barry has worked in international marketing and sales both in America and Europe for major corporations. Kristoff has worked in retail and bar management environments. Together in Spain we have already built up a successful chain of service outlets in the Costa Blanca area. While on a trip back to Cornwall we thought it strange that all the traditional food from the area was not available in the Costa Blanca. We set about searching for a good quality bakery that could export to Spain. |

At the end of August 2005 we went back to Cornwall to visit the Crantock Bakery team and witness how their truly great pasties are made. We were treated to an extensive tour of their bakery and were very impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness, top quality ingredients and hand made production. After vigorous sampling of goodies from their wide range we decided these were the pasties to bring to Spain!! In September 2005 The Pasty Shack S.L was born and in October 2005 the first Pasty Shack at Cabo Roig opened. |
